Campground Policies
This property is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to our guest or any damage to vehicles/tents/trailers/RVs or for the loss of money or valuables of any kind.
Our camping season is mid-March thru the end of November. All reservations are paid in full. We accept Visa, Mastercard or Discover. Before booking, please read all rules and our policies. There is a pet fee of $6.99 per pet and an optional lock fee of $20. The lock fee is to guarantee you get the specific site number you have requested, otherwise we reserve the right to move the sites around to allow us the best possible occupancy. You must register and pay for all guests and pets. All visiting unregistered guest must check in at the booth. Our parking is limited. Each campsite allows parking for only 1 vehicle.
Check in time is guaranteed after 3 p.m. You may check-in on-line and go to your site after 3 p.m. Check out time is 12 noon.
No refunds given for weather including sun, wind or rain or any other reason. Please note: Waterfront sites have more exposure to windy conditions. We suggest purchasing travel insurance for unexpected events.
For reservations 6 nights or less: No refund is available if you cancel or change dates within 14 days of your scheduled arrival. If you cancel or change dates more than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival, you may request a refund minus a cancellation/date change fee equal to two nights stay. A night stay is equal to the initial fee for the site plus additional guests or pets. The initial one-time reservation fee of $3 and the $20 lock fee are non-refundable.
For reservations 7 nights or longer: You may request a refund of 50% of your reservation total if you cancel or change dates more than 14 days prior to your day of arrival. No refund is available if you cancel or change dates within 14 days of your scheduled arrival.
Your site reservation will be forfeited with no refund if you do not show up for your reservation by noon the following day of your scheduled arrival. If you expect to be delayed please notify the office by calling (252) 987-1431.
